Mix Seasoning Mix, Cummin, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Onions, Chives, Water and Honey. Microwave this mixture to help flavors mix well. Prepare noodles. Stir drained noodles in with sauce mixture and let sit for 20-30 minutes.
Stir fry the Veggies and drained Water Chestnuts. Stir in diced Chicken Breast. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Serve with Soy Sauce.
