Pizza Crust and Garlic Knots

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup White Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Potato Starch
1/3 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/3 Cup Tapioca Starch
1/3 Cup Corn Starch
1/4 Cup Sorghum Flour
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3/4 Cup Warm Milk w/ 2 tsp Instant Dry Yeast

Let Yeast soak in warm milk w sugar 8-9 minutes. Put mixed dry ingredients in microwave and warm. Let rise for 20 minutes in warm environment. Precook for 5 minutes at 350, add sauce and toppings, cook 7 minutes or more.
