- Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Flour
- 1/4 Cup Sorghum Flour
- 1/4 Cup Corn Starch
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Large Egg
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Veg Oil
Mix dry ingredients well, then stir in other ingredients.
Drier your batter the fluffier your pancakes.
