Mark's Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Sorghum Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Large Egg
2/3 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Veg Oil

Mix dry ingredients well, then stir in other ingredients. Drier your batter the fluffier your pancakes.
